The Conscious Leadership Accelerator includes a full leadership assessment for each participant.
Group Coaching

The I5 Conscious Leadership certified coach facilitates discussions and leads structured activities for the group to bring different viewpoints, insights, and knowledge to light that encourage a deeper level of learning and leadership development.

Leadership Team assessments not only result in an understanding of the baseline from which to start, they provide a common framework, understanding, and language for leaders to use as they develop themselves as individuals and as a team.
Different organizations, cultures, and circumstances determine the most appropriate assessment tool or tools for each leadership team. We have assembled an ecosystem of specialists to provide access to a library of proven assessments for your leadership team. Our specialists are trained in the Enneagram, StrengthFinders, DISC, Hogan, Myers Briggs, the EQi Assessment and 360 Assessment, among other scientifically valid tools. We will determine the best assessment(s) for your team’s growth goals, administer them, and provide detailed debriefs along with individual and team development plans grounded in the I5 Conscious Leadership model.
Cohort-Based Group Coaching with an Experienced I5 Certified Coach
Group coaching brings together a group of leaders for the specific purpose of increasing leadership consciousness.
The I5 Conscious Leadership certified coach facilitates discussions and leads structured activities for the group to bring different viewpoints, insights, and knowledge to light that encourage a deeper level of learning and leadership development.
Intra-organizational group coaching also assures that the leadership team is aligned and working together toward the shared goal of enhancing leadership individual and team leadership.
Six-Month Conscious Leadership Accelerator (Intra-Company and Peer-to-Peer)
This accelerated program takes leaders through all five of the Conscious Leadership pillars and awards I5 Conscious Leadership certification in only 6 months. This is for you if you are interested in going deep over a multi-month period of time and connecting with other likeminded leaders also committed to conscious leadership.

As an I5 Certified coach you will become an expert in conscious leadership, how the I5 model gets beyond behaviors to the core of what makes a conscious leader, and how you can take your clients through a structured process of integrating each of the five pillars into their leadership. We will provide you with the education, tools, and skills to confidently coach your clients in becoming conscious leaders.
I5 Certified coaches will be featured on our website and become part of a searchable database for leaders looking to be coached in conscious leadership.
